Praise be Your Holy Name, God, my Heavenly Father, creator of all that is, creator of this and each arising present moment, Whom I’m know through Jesus Christ!
Jesus save me!
Thank You Jesus for sending a new spirit, a Holy Spirit of truth and comfort to dwell within. Thank You Heavenly Father for creating me to seek truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the desire to know, love and do Your will in the Holy Spirit.
I am armored in Your love Heavenly Father. I know there is nothing other than You, and that if You are with me, who can be against me.
Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts to abandon limited objectives. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry out Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for reliving me of the bondage of self that I may better do Your will.
Thank You Heavenly Father for taking away my difficulties in Christ Jesus that victory over my difficulties may bear witness to those whom I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love and the soundness of mind that You’ve given me in the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for stability of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for passion and determination. Thank You Heavenly Father for the abandoning of limited objectives and the aligning with the unlimited objective that is Christ Jesus.
Thank You Heavenly Father for victory in Christ Jesus today. What a wonderful class it’s going to be. I’ll have a bit of time afterward today to go to the fitness store and finalize a few decisions, maybe even buy a bench.
Thank You Heavenly Father for humility of heart and meekness of spirit in this easy yoking to Your Son Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the lightness of this burden. Thank You Heavenly Father for the brighten shining with this burden of light.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to stand, knowing that You have already won in Christ Jesus and are sovereign over what is happening today.
Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Your Holy Spirit through Christ Jesus to show me moment to moment how You would have me love Your people and give me a light that shines authentically in knowledge of the truth You’ve girded my loins with.
Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for the deep well of peace I get to abide in knowing that Jesus is Lord! And Your will be done.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You especially for the righteousness of Christ Jesus through Whom we are saved. Thank You Heavenly Father for counting my faith in Christ’s finished work on the cross as righteousness.
Thank You Heavenly Father for a new spirit and unity of heart.
Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart.
Thank You Heavenly Father for determination and grace.
Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity and clear cues to make the class good for the participants today.
Thank You Heavenly Father for forgiveness and forgiving, if there is anyone whom I have not forgiven, either consciously or unconsciously, I now forgive them one and all. They are free and I am free. Peace is the order of the day. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me from being angry and showing me how I can be of service today.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me moving forward and abandoning limited objectives. Thank You Heavenly Father for flooring and padding for class participants. Thank You Heavenly Father for a fitness studio in my own home. Heavenly Father You are wondrous and magnificent. May many be helped and healed in this fitness studio. May the knowledge You grow in me help thousands upon thousands lead happier, fitter lives and glory in the knowledge that You are good and loving and a rewarder of them who seek You.
Thank You Heavenly Father for entering into my praise today. Thank You Heavenly Father for the maturity and courage to praise You and to take all things to You in prayer.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my refuge and my reference. Thank You Heavenly Father for being with the Sonship and keep me abiding in Christ Jesus for my salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for clearly stated honorable intentions and clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for stability in the mind of Christ today.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the way the truth and the light in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for never leaving us or forsaking us in Christ Jesus and saving us moment to moment from the illusion of separation.
I know that nothing can separate us from Your love.
Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for humility and removing the beam from my own eye. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me useful and of service to my brothers and sisters. Thank You Heavenly Father for opening my heart to bring joy and enlightenment to others in Your Holy Name. Thank You Heavenly Father for invoices and documentation. Thank You Heavenly Father for orderly tax declarations. Thank You Heavenly Father for the lovingkindness in which I live, move and have my being… in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
