Praise be the LORD, our God, the LORD GOD, the Most High God, creator of Heaven and giver of earth to the children of men, creator of all that is, God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the Holy One of Israel, Ein Sof, Ancient of Ancients, Infinite of Infinites, The Glorious One, creator of the Universe, the multiverse, all that is within and without, creator of time and eternity, creator of this and each arising precious moment for, in and through our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Living Christ, in Whom we abide as a members of His body of believers, and in Whose Mighty Name we pray, and in and through Whom we know the Most High God as our Heavenly Father…

Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Your only begotten Son Jesus, the Living Anointing, to makes Sons of us who believe on Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for the salvation, grace and favour we have in and through Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for awakening me morning after morning to the right-standing that we have in and through Christ Jesus to come before Your throne to obtain grace and mercy in our hour of need. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me of the bondage of self that I may better do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for leading me on the right paths for Your Name’s sake. You reveal the path of life to me. In Your Presence is abundant joy. At Your right hand are eternal pleasures. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Presence of Your Holy Spirit with me and Your Light shining forth. Thank You Heavenly Father for wakening me this morning and shining Your light through me that the darkness not overtake this world. Thank You Heavenly Father for the salvation that You’ve offered this world in Christ Jesus, the Hope of Glory. Thank You Heavenly Father for hearts to receive. Thank You Heavenly Father for calling me into Christ Jesus, where I am seated with You on Your right hand side in Him as You make all His enemies His footstool. Thank You Heavenly Father for going before me to conquer all that need conquering. Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise and thanksgiving. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Armor of Light, Your Spiritual Armor in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You are with me and will never forsake me in and through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that surely You will bless me and in blessing me multiply me. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me a great and mighty Nation and giving me the blessing of Abraham.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness and Love. Thank You Heavenly Father for the grace and mercy You have, giving Your Only Begotten Son, Jesus, the Living Christ, that we might have eternal life in growing intimate fellowship with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for a dwelling in Your House and residing with me in this fearfully and wondrously made temple You’ve wrought. You said to my Heart seek Your Face. It is Your Face I seek. Thank You Heavenly Father for transforming my heart more and more into Your image and likeness. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me more and more like Jesus, my Master and Salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for resilience and strength. Thank You Heavenly Father for this new, clean, heart of understanding, tender and responsive to Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for aligning me to Your will and relieving me of the bondage of self that Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Thank You Heavenly Father for growing trust, faith and obedience. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my trust in You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of Peace. Thank You Heavenly Father reconciling Yourself to the world in and through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the blood of salvation spilled on our behalf signifying the new covenant. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Eucharist of His body broken and the release of Your Holy Spirit to reveal and unleash the glory You had in Him since before the foundation of the world. Magnify Your Name… I will magnify Your Name! Thank You Heavenly Father for a Name above all names in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the humility of heart and meekness of spirit we have in Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me from taking offence and defending me before attack. Thank You Heavenly Father for strength under control and the Peace unleashed by Your Presence. May Your will be done. Thank You Heavenly Father for forgivness and forgiving. If there is anyone whom I have not forgiven, I now forgive them one and all. Release them and set them free. They are free and I am free. Peace is the order of the day. Thank You Heavenly Father for ordering my day in and with Peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for freedom in Christ Jesus. He who is free in Christ Jesus is free indeed. Thank You Heavenly Father for the bonds of Peace that Love may flourish. Thank You Heavenly Father for acts of love and good soil to plant the seeds of Love. Thank You Heavenly Father for a Love that does not fail. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your unyielding strength to stand in. Thank You Heavenly Father for good, good courage.

Thank You Heavenly Father for kindness and patience. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my faith from faith to faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for compassion, kindness and consideration. Thank You Heavenly Father for the bonds of Peace and growing clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing and honing my spiritual discernment. Thank You Heavenly Father for maturing the life of Christ implanted in me through Your Word. Thank You Heavenly Father for implanting Your Word in my heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for the wisdom of the worship of confidence in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the wisdom of reverence for You. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my inner stillness that I may hear Your voice and be with You and go where You would have me go and do what You would have me do. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing intimacy with You and the growing clarity that our God is One LORD. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of harmony and unity. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of spirit and the spirit of unity. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me whole spirit, soul and body in and through Christ Jesus, the Hope of Glory. Thank You Heavenly Father for this well-fitting yoke we have to Jesus and the lightness of our burdens because of Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for a hopeful vision and the skill, will and ability to write it plain enough that those who read it may run. Thank You Heavenly Father for prospering my soul. Thank You Heavenly Father for the subjective appropriation of the objective hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for making what is hoped for true in this life offered to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me abiding in Christ Jesus, anchored in Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for grit: passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for endurance and clarity of vision. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping my hope before me that I may know the way to go. Thank You Heavenly Father for the victory we have in and through Christ Jesus, the Hope of Glory. Thank You Heavenly Father for glorifying Your Son in me. Thank You Heavenly Father for glorified bodies and kingdom fitness. Thank You Heavenly Father for redeeming these bodies offered to You and the vitality and power Your give Your children. May Thy will be done.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for my headship in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me for good works in Christ Jesus and making me the head and not the tail. Thank You Heavenly Father for my foundation in the Holy Spirit and giving me a mind like a city whose foundation is in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for renewing my mind to the great and precious promises of salvation and righting me to the cornerstone of Christ Jesus morning after morning. Thank You Heavenly Father for refuge and strength. Thank You Heavenly Father for being a very present help in time of trouble. Thank You Heavenly Father for enlightening the eyes of my understanding and growing me in the comprehension of Your Light into wisdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of power. Thank You Heavenly Father for the dominion, power and authority we have in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for strength under control. Thank You Heavenly Father for teaching me Your ways and saving me in Christ for good works. Thank You Heavenly Father for working out the salvation that You’ve worked into me since before the foundation of the world. Thank You Heavenly Father for breathing the spirit of Your eminence and grace into the world through this life offered to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the serenity of surrender and the victory we have in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the power and the glory and the Honour that are Yours forever. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Power of Love overwhelming and overruling the Love of Power. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of Love. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing vision and ability to see through the eyes, the consciousness of Love. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith over reason. Thank You Heavenly Father for the kindness and patience. Thank You Heavenly Father for relentless zeal for Your Kingdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for a singular vision of Your glory and grace upon our lives. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing us in the unity of faith and growing our faith from faith to faith and from strength to strength. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of harmony and agreeableness. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of hospitality, fraternity and solidarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for influence and grace. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of mind and growing clarity and facility of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for carving out a place of understanding meeting me there. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing awareness and imagination. Thank You Heavenly Father for aligning my will with Yours and growing unity of spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for stamina and consistency. Thank You Heavenly Father for self-control and self-discipline. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing love for the True Self You’ve implanted in me, Christ Jesus, the Hope of Glory. Thank You Heavenly Father for finding my Life in His.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the Sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spoken Word. Your Word is truth. I know that You will watch over it and bring it into being. Thank You Heavenly Father for the measure of faith You’ve given me and the spirit of growth. Thank You Heavenly Father for focused freedom and practiced patience. Thank You Heavenly Father for the life of Your Son, our Great High Priest, forever praying on our behalf. Thank You Heavenly Father for the blood of the new covenant spilled on our behalf. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of adoption. Thank You Heavenly Father for making a people who were not Your people Yours. Thank You Heavenly Father for interdependence and autonomy. Thank You Heavenly Father for a proactive nature. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of proactivity and agency. Thank You Heavenly Father for making Your good servant Your Son. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Sonship we have in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for leading me on the right paths for Your Names sake and uprooting all fear, bitterness and unbelief. Thank You Heavenly Father for inclining my ear to Your Word and inclining Your ear to my prayer. Thank You Heavenly Father for being bigger than my imagination and able to do exceedingly and abundant more than I could ever ask, do or believe. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing my unbelief. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Your mercy and grace following me all the days of my life. Thank You Heavenly Father for the everlasting life we have in Christ Jesus and the ability to communicate that life that more may desire You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the desire for You. As a doe pants for water my soul desires You. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing me in righteousness and upholding me in mine integrity. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing me in love and grace and mercy. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing me in patience and compassion. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing me in a faith that is pleasing to You. Your Joy is my strength. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your unyielding strength and the victory we have in Christ Jesus, taking the Kingdom by force. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing a merciful forgiving nature in me as You keep me to the standard of Christ Jesus, growing me more and more in His likeness. Thank You Heavenly Father for revealing Your Face to me that I may know You and reflect You more and more truly… In Jesus mighty Name I pray. Amen.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the salvation we have in and through Christ Jesus. Thank You Jesus for saving us that we may have life and life more abundantly. Thank You Heavenly Father for revealing the path of life to me, in Your Presence is abundant joy at Your right hand are eternal pleasures. Thank You Heavenly Father for bearing my burdens and dispelling the illusions that held me. Thank You Heavenly Father for dissolving the delusion of separation from You through this easy yoking to Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the precious blood of Your Son Jesus and the establishment of Your covenant with us. Thank You Heavenly Father for making us Your righteousness in and through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for bringing us into You that we might enjoy the perspective, seated at Your right hand side in Christ Jesus as You make His enemies His footstool. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing kindness and compassion and a heart that beats with Yours for the redemption of Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing a gentleness and sweetness of speech that draws more into contact with the live of Christ implanted in the heart of Your believers that they too may know their salvation and become enraptured with Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for my fascination with Truth leading me to my salvation in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the way, the truth and the Life we have with Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing our spiritual senses to receive Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for being the Love in which we live, move and have our being. Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise, worship, surrender and thanksgiving. Thank You Heavenly Father for uprooting any spirit of conflict, fear, bitterness or unbelief. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your strength to stand in. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your eternal spiritual armor in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of Love and Righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for loving me so fiercely and passionately, yet so gently and luxuriously. Thank You Heavenly Father for establishing me in a love that goes beyond sensuality. Thank You Heavenly Father for a Love Supreme, a love that does not fail, the Love which conquered the illusion of death and made a public show of it through Your Only Begotten Son, Jesus, the Living Christ, in Whom I abide and pray. Thank You Heavenly Father for establishing Your Love in Christ Jesus as a member of his body of believers as a refuge for me, a strong tower, an arc of salvation for me and mine. Thank You Heavenly Father for attuning my heart to receive and know Your Love as Truth and Light. Thank You Heavenly Father for attuning my heart to wisdom from above because of the right standing we have in and through Christ Jesus because of Your grace and mercy, despite the machinations of our flesh. Your mercy endures forever! Thank You Heavenly Father for the right standing we have to come before Your throne to obtain grace and mercy in our hour of need. Thank You Heavenly Father for making the emanations of this heart offered to You, a Heavenly Court, filled only with praise, worship, surrender and thanksgiving to You, a Heart that Your Holy Spirit can enter into, dwell and propagate. Thank You Heavenly Father for this new, clean sound heart of understanding, enlightened to the great and precious promises we have in and through Christ Jesus, a heart tender and responsive to Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing a space of ever abiding stillness to fellowship with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the growing trust in my heart’s desire to taste and know that You are good. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of redemption and this joyous celebration of our salvation in You, leading us to work with even greater clarity and focus to bring others to this great wedding feast. Thank You Heavenly Father for assuring me of my calling and giving me peace, a work without toil. Thank You Heavenly Father for reconciling the world to Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for the ministry of reconciliation we have in and through Christ Jesus. If there is anyone whom I have not forgiven, I now forgive them one and all. Release them and set them free. They are free and I am free. Peace is the order of the day. Thank You Heavenly Father for giving the Son of Man the power to forgive sins. Thank You Jesus for giving us who follow You the power to forgive sins. Thank You Jesus for sending me out that the mud of the world be wash from my eyes. Thank You Heavenly Father for eyes to see Your precious light and walk by the faith You’re growing within me. Thank You Heavenly Father for a measure of faith to grow.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my faith from faith to faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for teaching me to pray in Christ Jesus that I may know Life and Life more abundantly. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing our connection and the intimacy, the quantity and the quality of our Presence with Your Mighty Presence. Thank You Heavenly Father for a growing reliance on vision, instead of sight. Thank You Heavenly Father for a hopeful vision and growing in us the wisdom of the worship of confidence in You and reverence for You to walk in this vision You are pouring forth upon all flesh. Thank You Heavenly Father for making this life offered to You a fitting and suitable vessel for Your Holy Spirit in and through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for aligning me with the Morphogenetic resonance of the Life of Your Son, reverberating throughout eternity, creating and field of Loving Presence for us to know You. Thank You Heavenly Father for radiating the field of Your Joyous Loving Presence through this Life offered to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Love of my Children. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Love and respect of my Wife and Family. Thank You Heavenly Father for the love and respect my friends and fellows have for me. Thank You Heavenly Father for the honour and reverence You are growing in me for the loving connections You are blessing this life offered to You with. Thank You Heavenly Father for a space of Joy and Peace within to share our Knowing of You. Thank You Heavenly Father for revelling in revealing Your Lovingkindnesses to us and faithful Presence to and with us. Thank You Heavenly Father for releasing the glory we have within us for You. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing and releasing within me the skill, will and ability to write the hopeful vision You are imbedding within this heart offered to You in a way that those who read it may run with it. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Peace to overcome given through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the multiplication of the gifts and talents that You’ve blessed me with and there appreciation through attention and use and sharing. Thank You Heavenly Father for unveiling the value You have in and for me. Thank You Heavenly Father for the feeling of being precious to You because of Your Love shown to me in and through the Life of Your Son Jesus, the Living Christ.

Thank You Heavenly Father for growing a space of understanding of our anointing in and through Christ Jesus that Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me from the bondage of a separate self that I may better do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for taking away my difficulties that victory over them may bear witness to those whom I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love and Thy Way, Truth and Life we have in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for explicitly expressed, honorable intentions and the integrity and coherence to live up to them. Thank You Heavenly Father for making all things work to and for the good of us who love You and are called to Your purpose. Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing my memory and reminding me that I may be still and watch with great reverence as You work. Thank You Heavenly Father for teaching me and molding me into the image and likeness which You created me to be. Thank You Heavenly Father for adapting my spiritual senses for this season and the season to come. Thank You Heavenly Father for wisdom and the comprehension of Your great and perfect Light. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of mind: self-discipling and self-control. Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing me to be a blessing and gifting me with the teaching skills to embody and model Your great Wisdom, Lovingkindness, Strength, Patience, Beauty, Endurance and Clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing a coherent crystallisation of the Morphogenetic Resonance of Your Glory, Your Beloved, Your effulgence, Your Son Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of power, authentic and dynamic Power. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of unity and Love. Thank You Heavenly Father for harmony of diversity, orchestrated into a rising crescendo of praise and worship and thanksgiving for You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Power of Love overwhelming the Love of Power. Thank You Heavenly Father for the humility of heart and meekness of spirit we have in Christ Jesus and His covering to holds us as You unveil Your Awesome Glory.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Word: Jesus, the Living Christ, implanted in the heart of His Body of Believers. Thank You Jesus for calling me into You that I may know the glory that I had with our Heavenly Father before the foundation of the world. Thank You Heavenly Father for restoring me to the glory that I had with You before the foundation of the world. Thank You Heavenly Father for not taking me out of the world, but keeping the world out of me. Thank You Heavenly Father for a great teacher and proclaimer in the Reverend Dr. Tony Evans. Bless him and keep him dear Lord. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spoken Word and giving me ears to hear as a disciple and a tongue to strengthen the weary in all seasons. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing Your people and making us whole spirit, soul and body in and through Your Presence in and with Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of wholeness. Thank You Heavenly Father for removing the beam from my eye that my eye may be single and my body full of Your Light. Thank You Heavenly Father for removing the beam from this eye offered to You that I may see better to remove the beam from my brother’s eye that the body of Your believers be more single and full of Your Light. Thank You Heavenly Father for the strength and good courage to offer this body as a living sacrifice as You make it holy and acceptable in and through Christ Jesus eternally. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new understanding of this body as a substrate seated in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus as a member of His Body of Believers. Thank You Heavenly Father for proving Your Good and Perfect will in and through this Body offered to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for giving me eyes to see and revealing Your Truth and Wisdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me from the bondage of self that I may better do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my Knowledge of the Life of Your Son in me that I may glorify Him and glory in Him. May Thy will be done. Amen.

Praise the Lord our God, the Most High God, God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the Holy of Israel, creator of Heaven and giver of Earth to the children of men, creator of all that is, creator of this and each arising precious moment in, for and through His only begotten Son, the first among many, Jesus, the living Christ, our LORD and savior, in Whom we abide and pray, and through Whom we know the Most High God as our Heavenly Father… Hallelujah!

Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Son Jesus Christ and the wisdom to worship You. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your grace and mercy upon this life offered to You in Jesus name. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new heart to know and do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for breaking the yoke of the evil one and bringing me into Your Heavenly Kingdom, where my burden is light because of the easy yoking to Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for meekness, humility, gentleness and sweetness of temperament. Thank You Heavenly Father for kindness, patience, goodness, faithfulness, self-control, love, joy and peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for the fruit of Your Holy Spirit and the gift of humility. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me reaching for You and Your loving will throughout these days. Thank You Heavenly Father for decisiveness, direct action and the redemption of the time. Thank You Heavenly Father for a quick, efficient, effective program of physical exercise to prepare me for the day with plenty of time to pray. Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ and His destroying of the partition between us. Thank You Heavenly Father for time to write and an audience who wants read the words You send through me. Make me a channel of Your Peace, Heavenly Father. Thank You Heavenly Father for balancing and integrating all the love and experience and truth into this body’s expression of Your light. Thank You Heavenly Father for intelligence and love. Thank You Heavenly Father for opening my heart to Your Holy Spirit and not letting one photon of Your light be trapped in the darkness that used to be me. Thank You Heavenly Father for shining through me to brighten the world. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing this world through Your Son Christ Jesus and the anointing we have as His body, the Church.

Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity, consistency, consistent improvement, focus and discipline. Thank You Heavenly Father for self-control and soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for disciplining me in Your Son Christ Jesus through Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me a part of Your Sonship. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Spiritual armor in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with Truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for greater consciousness of the Truth of Your loving presence in my life and the Love that upholds the universe in Your Son Jesus, the living Christ, by Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the consciousness of our oneness in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for evolving my consciousness beyond my circumstances and the change in circumstance because of our greater intimacy and love. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth of Your power, love and way of life in Christ Jesus. May Thy will be done.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for right standing through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Thank You Jesus for breaking down the partition and the glory and majesty of our Heavenly Father that we get to experience because of the sin debt You wiped away. Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Love displayed in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for this life we have because of Christ Jesus and the knowledge of Your love for us abiding in Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for prosperity, vitality, health and healing. Thank You Heavenly Father for wisdom and loving connection. Thank You Heavenly Father for increasing my capacity for loving connection and the acceptance of Your wisdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me a greater channel of Your peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for this new, clean, sound heart, we have by faith in Your covenant fulfilled in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for this heart, tender and responsive to Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for honesty, mercy and forgiveness. Thank You Heavenly Father for such deepening trust in You that I can have a place to speak openly to You to divulge the darkness to You that the light may enter in and dispel all that is not You. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your light finding every dark space within me and making a palatable place for Your Holy Spirit to dwell. Heavenly Father if there is anyone whom I have not forgiven, I now forgive them one and all. They no not what they do. I release them and I set them free. In Christ Jesus, You have settled all accounts and reconciled all things. Who can accuse? For You are Holy? Thank You Heavenly Father for the dismantling of my pride and the dissolving of my ego. Any psychic phenomenon that seeks to edge out the knowledge of You must go. Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ and the victory we have because of Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for the throwing down of strongholds, habits of thought, speech and deed that do not exhale Christ Jesus and the wrestling of all thoughts to Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for being with me from the formation of the idea to its manifestation. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Peace.

Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge to relieve suffering, deepening understanding and wisdom to lead Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for my children, that they may know You in their lives and come to rely and depend upon You to bring them to places they could not go without You. Lead them to the places that You would have them go and open their hearts to trust the greatness of You within them. Clean out any error. Forgive them Holy Father. Thank You Heavenly Father for guiding us to the deepest places within us where You dwell with us, always making possible the impossible. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my faith from faith to faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for removing my difficulties that victory over them may bear witness to those whom I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love and Thy way of life in Christ Jesus. Thank You Jesus for the Way, the Truth and the Life we have in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for ears to hear like a disciple and a tongue to strengthen the weary in all seasons. Thank You Heavenly Father for taming my tongue to speak life. Danke Mein Herr für ein neues Herz. Thank You Heavenly Father for the renewing of my mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for the prosperous mindset of the entrepreneur. Thank You Heavenly Father for Happy Body Berlin. Thank You Heavenly Father for all of the potential manifested because of the work Christ Jesus did to break the yoke of Satan’s rule over Your children. Thank You Heavenly Father for the foot we have on His neck and eager awaiting for the order to snap and break. Thank You Heavenly Father for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for guiding me through to the truth and dispelling the delusions. Thank You Heavenly Father for a cohort of successful entrepreneurs to learn from and share inspiration. Thank You Heavenly Father for the realm of business and service, love and remuneration. Thank You Heavenly Father for trusting more and more in Your desire to prosper me even as my soul prospers. Thank You Heavenly Father for leading me to activities that prosper my soul. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing fortitude, determination, clarity of mind and purpose and the encouragement that comes through Your messengers. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your message in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Messenger. Thank You Heavenly Father for competency, passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for conscientiousness and the will and ability to help and serve more people. Thank You Heavenly Father for a distinctive voice in the realm of Your Heavenly Kingdom and the world health and fitness. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Truth and the courage to be true to the voice You’re developing through me. Thank You Heavenly Father for the conscious development of my sub-conscious mind to be more available to the love, prosperity, trust and healing You want to be experienced. Thank You Heavenly Father for improved discernment of spirits and the sealing of my soul with the blood of Jesus to Your covenant to bring the blessings of Abraham to Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for fruitfulness and prosperity. Thank You Heavenly Father for hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for the assurance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me for good works in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for making time for spiritual and physical health, family, and work. Thank You Heavenly Father for the rest that we have in You and directing our labors towards the rest that is promised in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the peace that we have knowing You as Jesus taught us to. Thank You Heavenly Father for making more of our gifts and talents and using them to bring You glory. Thank You Heavenly Father for work that my gifts and talents may be discovered and developed. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge and intelligence. Thank You Heavenly Father for functional anatomy and the science of muscles and movement to heal and make greater changes and offer more value to people. Thank You Heavenly Father for value and a growing sense of worth and humility, knowing that it is You Who is doing the work as I let go. Thank You Heavenly Father for the increasing will and ability to let go and let You take control. Thank You Heavenly Father increasing clarity of metabolic conversion of food to energy and the ways to increase the body’s efficiency of fats store utilization. Thank You Heavenly Father for the subversion of all the tricks the body uses to avoid using fat stores. Thank You Heavenly Father for the clarity of mind that comes with fasting. Thank You Heavenly Father for the working out of our salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for the clarity of mind that come from You. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of spirit and soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for a cup of coffee or two before twelve and a good night sleep when I need it. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will for me and the power to carry out Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for this life offered to You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for integration, harmonization and support of the truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your spirit of truth and the separating me from the world to know it.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the serenity of surrender to Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the submission to the sharpness of the sword. Thank You Heavenly Father for the dividing of soul and spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening unity in the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me in Christ and making a way out of no way. Thank You Heavenly Father for blessings with no curses in them. Thank You Heavenly Father for opening my heart to Your will. May Your will be done. Thank You Heavenly Father for the communion of communication. Thank You Heavenly Father for the healing of my wife. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing us and our relationship and the seeing of her as healed and beautiful. Thank You Heavenly Father for bringing her to the salvation that You have for her in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for shining a light within the darkness and opening our eyes to receive Your light. Is anything impossible for You? Thank You Heavenly Father for leading us on the right paths, the paths of right standing. Thank You Heavenly Father for virtue and the path of righteousness and keeping our feet upon it. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spirit entering our pastor Frank Williams today and giving him the courage to preach a word from You that delivers Your people and grows their sense of wonder at Your glory and presence in their lives. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing intimacy with the body of Your church and growing a love there that we might be known and loved as we love ourselves, bringing Your love in them into our hearts. The Little Black Boy

My mother bore me in the southern wild,
And I am black, but O! my soul is white;
White as an angel is the English child:
But I am black as if bereav’d of light.

My mother taught me underneath a tree
And sitting down before the heat of day,
She took me on her lap and kissed me,
And pointing to the east began to say.

Look on the rising sun: there God does live
And gives his light, and gives his heat away.
And flowers and trees and beasts and men receive
Comfort in morning joy in the noonday.

And we are put on earth a little space,
That we may learn to bear the beams of love,
And these black bodies and this sun-burnt face
Is but a cloud, and like a shady grove.

For when our souls have learn’d the heat to bear
The cloud will vanish we shall hear his voice.
Saying: come out from the grove my love & care,
And round my golden tent like lambs rejoice.

Thus did my mother say and kissed me,
And thus I say to little English boy.
When I from black and he from white cloud free,
And round the tent of God like lambs we joy:

Ill shade him from the heat till he can bear,
To lean in joy upon our fathers knee.
And then I’ll stand and stroke his silver hair,
And be like him and he will then love me.

Really beautiful!

This beautiful conundrum of the confluence of life. I’m so tempted to get involved in it and steer this thing.

I’ve got this website and small burgeoning online presence called Body Dharma. It is not appealing to whom I would hope to have as my core audience Christians.

I’m quite interested in hosting an online forum, posting a series of videos explaining the Happy Body method.

I think I have to stay based in Happy Body. I love Buddha. He’s cool and all, but he just gave me the means to know Christ Jesus, who is my savior. It is Jesus’s law of love, under the Kiaros of His Headship, His interpretation of right relationship with the divine Tao, that I live.

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus Christ, our Lord, the way, the truth and the Light.

Praise be to the Lord our God, the Most High God, creator of all that is, was and will be, creator of this and each arising moment, Whom we know as our Heavenly Father, with us, through the anointing of Jesus of Nazareth, Who died on the cross sinless, in our place, redeeming us of ours sins that we might stand blameless before the Almighty God of peace beyond our understanding, our Heavenly Father… All praise be to You, Oh God!

I, Billy Wayne Blackwell II, being of sound mind and body, hereby present this body, this collection of cells arising and falling, living and dying, this body forever reborn, to our Heavenly Father, Whose Word will not return void, Whom we know through Jesus Christ, offered as a living sacrifice.

Am I serious is the question?

Is God merciful?

Well…

I think I’m more serious than most. I’m praying to be present with this body today. Present in the temple of God’s Holy Spirit as it moves and desires to move me.

Wisdom for me implies learning plus character. A wise person makes good decisions, much like King Solomon whom we read about in the Old Testament. The Latin word for wisdom, sapientia comes from the Latin verb, sapere which means to savour or taste. Wisdom, as a gift of the Holy Spirit, means to have a ‘taste’ for heavenly things, that is, to sense the divine in everything. The wise person is the one who looks for, desires, and experiences God first hand in his/her own life.

Thank You Heavenly Father for making me a Happy Learner.

A deep knower and a worker that all may know Your salvation offered by grace. 

This is what I did wrong yesterday:

I promised a plan of execution to Tomasz. He came prepare to execute it. I had forgotten it and had no real plan when he showed up except to listen and respond to the moment. 

How can I amend that?

I can come today with a plan. Execute the plan. Send Him an invoice.

What is the plan?

The plan I have is to give him a daily workout. The Happy Body is the workout plan that we have discussed. I wanted to focus on the diet plan, because that will add the most structure to his life, where he needs it the most.

We are working through the diet plan. Quickly. 

That is why it is important to work. Working is really deciding.

So. I show up. I tell him what the program is. We measure him. Determine the time it should take for him to reach His goal weight and set him on his path. 

There are a few exercises that need to get done. I will show him the exercises.

I have one hour to do this. It can be done.

Honestly I want to go slowly. We could go downstairs and get in the crucible of the sets and reps of a stated plan and make it happen. Going to his house is fraught with problems. All those problem will be addressed with the clarity of mind that I will be bringing to the situation.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You are good, what You created is good and that You love what You created. The truth that Jesus is Lord, our best way to know Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Your Son Christ Jesus. It is through Him that we are made righteous, presented to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for cleaning my heart.

Heavenly Father please forgive my wife. She said in front of my sponsee that she is not a Christian. I keep getting these nasty thoughts of her as a stumbling block to my success, because as much as I say that salvation can be found she says that she won’t look. But I know her salvation is in Your hands, dear Lord Jesus. May my life be a inspiring call…

Thank You Heavenly Father for the preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for so clearly taking care of me and setting my feet on the right path.

I feel so many conflicts, so much resistance working with Tom, it will be good to be strengthen, knowing You as my strength through this.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith —  grit: passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for the willingness to move forward and into the calling You’ve called me to. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry out Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for moving me in the Spirit of Your will for this life and the emerging spirit of clarity, truth and loving service that You offer.

Thank You Heavenly Father for making Your Word Flesh in me, through Your embodiment of Your Holy Principles with in the fleshly structures and ever expanding connections of this brain. Thank You Heavenly Father for the sense that these connections are real, casting shadows of, what we know of as, material form from the light of Your ever arising Presence. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sharpness of Your sword applied to me. Thank You Heavenly Father for removing the beam from my eye. Thank You Heavenly Father for making it clear that You are one Lord in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of heart and a new spirit in Christ Jesus. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Jesus to invite us into Your Heavenly Kingdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for the only one Who can keep us from falling, Lord Immanuel, Jesus the living Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for His spotless presentation of us with great joy. Amen.

First Harvest – Notes from Morning Meditation

Ecclesiastes 3:10-13

I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for people then to be happy and to do good while they live. 

That each of them may eat and drink and find satisfaction in all their toil – this is the gift of God.

Mathew Fox writes in The Coming of the Cosmic Christ, “I have come to think of alcohol as ‘liquid and cosmology’ because I find that cultures that were once thriving and in tune with the cosmos, when conquered by an acosmic culture, succumb readily to alcohol. One thinks of the native peoples of America as well as those of Ireland as examples of this suffering.”

He gives the example of a story told of European Christian missionaries who first arrived in East Africa:

In the year 1846 to German missionaries, Krapf and Rebmann, opened their first church about 20 kilometers from the Mombasa among the Warabai people. They had learned the local language and offered in the first Christian liturgy. (they were Lutherans). The people were not impressed and said they would not return next Sunday. There should have been rice and plenty to eat and drink. There should have been drumming, dancing, and singing. Krapf and Rebmann told the people that they were speaking like that because they were sinners. The people asked what it meant to be a sinner. When Kratz explained the notion, the Warabai asked him who had been slandering them. When Rebmann explained that God had sent his only son to show them his love, they said that they did not need that son to know that God love them. They knew that love because God had given them their lives; God had given them their children, and the sun and the moon, the rain and the harvest, their children and their beer.

Notice that the native peoples knew the first article of faith – that of a creator God. They possess a via positiva: they knew that God loved them because of the blessings they experienced in life, which they attributed to God.

Hildegard teaches that Adam‘s sin was a failure in errors – he  did not enjoy deeply enough the delights of earth. Her exegesis of the fall in the garden of Eden is related to the fact that both Hebrew (hokmah) and Latin (sapere, sapientia) the word for wisdom means “to taste.” “Taste and see that the Lord is good,” says the Psalmist (34:8) Humans need to drink in and taste the pleasures of existence less they be driven to limitless greed and insatiable consumption. Michael Bernard Beckwith writes in Spiritual Liberation: Fulfilling Your Soul’s Potential that evolved people know that genuine happiness cannot be bought or sold. It cannot be forced upon us, nor can we force it upon others. Happiness is our true nature. We begin to exude happiness when we reach within its source through the practice of meditation. In meditation, we drink copiously from the well of joy and cultivate a “yes“ point of you. Then, when challenges arise, we meet them with confidence in our ability to respond skillfully, maintaining an inner happiness that cannot be hijacked by drama.

Praise God!

Praise God, creator of Heaven and Earth, creator of the sun, the moon and the stars, creator of this and each arising moment, through and for Christ Jesus, our Lord and savior, through Whom we learned to call Him Father.

Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for donning the skin of a man and propitiating for our sins. Thank You Heavenly Father for buying our souls back from error and evil influence. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving us with Your presence and displaying Your love so grandly that all must sing. (…and we can’t wait to sing the glory of Your praises, so we sing continually.) Thank You Heavenly Father for loving us so sweetly and bringing us through so much. Thank You Heavenly Father for filling us with hope that a life with You is unlimited in its possibilities. Thank You Heavenly Father for this life with You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this vacation in the States for almost a month. Thank You Heavenly Father for the falling away of all that is unnecessary and the proven essential nature of our relationship. Thank You Heavenly Father for solving riddles and removing doubt. Thank You Heavenly Father for this newfound desire to connect, delight and explore. Thank You Heavenly Father for deep trust in You and the ability to move forward in faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for connection and clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing this body and the deep healing of the soul that goes with it. Thank You Heavenly Father for making my soul whole in Christ.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this body and Your vital nature growing within it. Thank You Heavenly Father for vitality and a love for life and connections of life. Thank You Heavenly Father for the miracles and revelations that correct the illusion of separation and the destruction of any and all strongholds of the mind, heart and will that keep me from knowing more of the glory of Your grace, wisdom and love. Thank You Heavenly Father for the complete mercy You’ve shown us in Jesus Christ, our Lord. Thank You Heavenly Father for the death of our sinful natures with Christ on the cross and the making of new creatures born of the spirit in His resurrection. Thank You Heavenly Father for resurrecting my loving connection with You… with You all things are possible.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for the documenting of Your success with me. Thank You Heavenly Father for a mission as a business. Thank You Heavenly Father for more aliveness in this life with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to go against in service to the miracle of atonement. Thank You Heavenly Father for a course in miracles and the deep learning and unlearning that take place with Your children through that course. Thank You Heavenly Father for the experience of myself as Your child in loving surrender to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for waking me up this morning in my right mind and dressing me in the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You are with me and that there is nothing that can separate us in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me in Christ Jesus and the dharma of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for translating me into the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit of reconciliation and the knowledge that You are greater than all of our small ideas of You.  Thank You Heavenly Father for growing us to maturity as Your children. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth of Your love and the expression of Your loving nature through this life offered to You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this life offered to You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for friends and neighbors. Thank You Heavenly Father for exploits and stories to tell of the grace of Your love. Thank You Heavenly Father for caring for my wife and keeping her and our children healthy throughout this last trip and into the future. Thank You Heavenly Father for hope into the future. Thank You Heavenly Father for a future filled with hope and the fulfillment of hopes.

Thank You Heavenly Father for a hopeful vision and the faith to walk, talk and live in that hopeful vision, a foretaste of Your Heavenly Kingdom, ever coming. Thank You Heavenly Father for witnessing of the preaching of the Heavenly Kingdom in Marysville by my earthly Father. Thank You Heavenly Father for the earthly mother and father that You’ve blessed me with and the honor You’ve blessed this life to change me and show them the fruits of their/our relationship with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the will and ability to be a blessing in the lives of whom I encounter, especially clients, potential clients, family, friends, potential friends and potential family, fellows, congregational members and all of Your children from Adam to Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for the love of You to and through Your children. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your love, direction and care.

Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry it out.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Your only begotten Son Christ Jesus, our Lord and savior. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me in Christ and the spirit of Christ in me. Thank You Heavenly Father for blessing me with the anointing of Your Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing this heart of cynicism and doubt. Thank You Heavenly Father for uprooting my unbelief and growing the faith You’ve planted. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for creating in me a clean heart to know You  better and better, more and more. Thank You Heavenly Father for this relationship with You and the healing of relationships with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing and resurrection relationships that bring You glory and praise, prosperity and vitality, wisdom, knowledge and deepening understanding. Thank You Heavenly Father for uprooting any and all disfunction in my relationships and opening these relationships to heal other relationships by example of what is possible. Thank You Heavenly Father for humility of heart and meekness of spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for thinking more of others and less of myself. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me of the bondage of self. Thank You Heavenly Father for taming this spirit by Your grace and love. Thank You Heavenly Father for taming the spirit of this life offered to You through more vitality, clarity and wisdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for connection and the love of loving connection, conscientiousness and care. Thank You Heavenly Father for diligence and industriousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for work and the working out of gifts. Thank You Heavenly Father for gifts of the spirit and fruit of the spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing this heart and making us whole in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the upgrading of my basic standards. Thank You Heavenly Father for raising our standards and supporting us in the meeting of new standards for cleanliness, wealth creation, loving connection, decisive actions toward health and healing. Thank You Heavenly Father for the opening of this life to the loving surrender to let You heal and make us whole. Thank You Heavenly Father for the knowledge and wisdom that You heal and make whole. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing my jock itch and inflamed joints. Thank You Heavenly Father for better movement and more and more youth as measured by the standards of the Happy Body or any other standard. Thank You Heavenly Father for a business of making bodies happy. Thank You Heavenly Father for a Happy Body and a Happy Body lifestyle. Thank You Heavenly Father for upgrading my basic and supporting my growing. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for setting me on fire so that I never grow. (I saw a t-shirt by the a representative of the ministry Jesus Culture that said, “Set me aflame so that I never grow.” I found that a fascinating statement of clarity, humility, dependence and willingness to offer all to the Almighty.)

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for the working out of the gift You’ve worked into me. Thank You Heavenly Father for mutual healing and atonement. Thank You Heavenly Father for peace to stand on. Thank You Heavenly Father for refuge. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing this loving connection through prayer and meditation. Thank You Heavenly Father for praying through me like a weather column inside a firestorm. Thank You Heavenly Father for this internal weather system of connection with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for this column of air, fuel and fire of Your Holy Spirit’s vision of hope, emanating from the center and making me uncontrollable. Thank You Heavenly Father for this example of my connection with You and the effect Your loving nature has on the world. Thank You Heavenly Father for fire this time.

Thank You Heavenly Father for peace beyond my understanding and the grace that is given.

Thank You Heavenly Father for connecting me with Your flame and burning up all that is not You. Thank You Heavenly Father for disconnection and dis-identification with my ego and all that is causing me mental and emotional suffering. Thank You Heavenly Father for the pause when agitated. Thank You Heavenly Father for the pause between stimulus and response. Thank You Heavenly Father for that grace abundant.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for planting the seed of faith within this soil. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for the faith that was able to grow in service to Your loving will. Thank You Heavenly Father for aligning me with Your loving will and integrating Your loving will into my new nature. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my trust in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the worship of confidence in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to claim all thoughts that lead to decisive action in service to Your Kingdom of Heaven manifesting on earth. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity and trust. Thank You Heavenly Father for clearing away the cobwebs and taming my tongues with the truth of Your loving nature. Thank You Heavenly Father for release from the influence of separation and doubt. Thank You Heavenly Father for connection and praise of Your Holy Name. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing my desire to pray and connect with the creator and owner of all that is. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith in the victory of Your Son Jesus, making a mockery of sin and death, making a public display of them. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new song and a new vision of truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new song unto You and the vitality to embrace it. Thank You Heavenly Father for evidence of things not seen and assurance of things hoped for.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving us in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving us for Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for Christ Jesus and the good works He’s set up for us and hearing His prayers on our behalf. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity of mind and honorable intentions. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity and clear communication. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity about what and what and how to eat to honor this wonderfully made body You’ve given me… that I offer You. Thank You Heavenly Father for verbal clarity about my eating, exercise and rest choices to share with friends, follower, and a deepening sales funnel. Thank You Heavenly Father for a sales funnel and a larger and larger percentage of sales conversions. Thank You Heavenly Father for the ask and the close. Thank You Heavenly Father for courage and humility, the humility to know that You are doing the work. Thank You Heavenly Father for surrender to You and the next stage of development You have in store for this life.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the knowing of this life an an a-where-ness. Thank You Heavenly Father for taking me off the side of my ego and letting my old self wither and die.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the sharpness of the sword and the willingness to apply it on myself before others. Thank You Heavenly Father cleaning out all of the dead residue of this soul and opening space for Your spirit to dwell, connect, express, and explore. Thank You Heavenly Father for eye to eye contact and healing caresses. Thank You Heavenly Father for eggs and seeds of health and healing. Thank You Heavenly Father for breakfast for my family and a clear eating plan for the day and days ahead. Thank You Heavenly Father for standardizing the plan and finally getting my eating sorted once and for all. Thank You Heavenly Father for this fast for eating and financial clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for growing and clarifying my will in service of Your loving will and the prosperity of my family. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my strength. Thank You Heavenly Father for this smooth and profitable transition back from vacation. Thank You Heavenly Father for readying me to teach my group fitness classes again and focusing my mind to hear Your will concerning preparation and execution. Thank You Heavenly Father for plans, planning and execution. Thank You Heavenly Father for the presentation to You of my plans more and more. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity during discussion. Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to follow my heart and to engage more in the care of my family and to decisive will to do what I know is right. Thank You Heavenly Father for taking my will and my life under Your care. Thank You Heavenly Father for caring for my will and my life and making me a better person. Thank You Heavenly Father for removing any attachment to my persona and opening me to the knowledge of You and Your will at all times. Thank You Heavenly Father for the joyous choice of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the ease and fun of this day and the spirit of ease and fun that my clients and family will enjoy more and more as Your healing and wholeness fulfill Your covenant of grace before the eyes of men. Thank You Heavenly Father for this new apartment and setting up things so well for us. Thank You Heavenly Father for establishing me in Your truth and the peace and wisdom You’ve given this family, knowing that we are Your children, and the gates of hell will not prevail. Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to go forward and clarity about the direction You would have this life go. Thank You Heavenly Father for opening my heart to Your Word. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening the understanding and guidance I’m able to receive and give from Your Word. Thank You Heavenly Father for making Your Word flesh with Christ in me… in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
