You mean “Morning Pages,” right?

The mooring pages are morning pages, an evolution of Julia Cameron’s work. I’ve combined the morning pages with gratitude lists looking to the promise in the Bible that God meets us in our thanksgiving and praise. In this way my conscious awareness is moored the ship of to the highest ideas and virtues before entering the storms that can come in life. Who is to say where the ideas that pop into ones mind come from but the Most High God. And most of these pages are addressed to Him directly as a way of meeting Him in thanksgiving and praise. May He read them through You and You know Him in You through them as I have.
