Praise be the Most High God, creator of all that is, creator of this and each arising moment, Whom we know as our Heavenly Father through the Lord our God, Jesus Christ, our savior and redeemer, through His Holy Spirit as revealed by His Holy Word!

Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth and the light in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for making Christ Jesus the light of my salvation, revealer of You through Your Holy Word and the miracles wrought that You be known and glorified. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my strength today against the god of AA.

Thank You Heavenly Father for coming against anything or anyone who stands between You and Your son. Thank You Heavenly Father for avenging me. May Thy will be done.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that we fight not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness in high places. Thank You Heavenly Father for the forgiveness of souls. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spirit working in us and through us to accomplish Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for the revelation of Your will and the power to carry it out.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude and acknowledgement that You are my God, in Jesus Christ, You are my salvation and provider. Thank You Heavenly Father for trust and faith in Your mighty works and in the loving care that You provide Yours.

Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will for me and the power to carry out Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for inviting me to this banquet, this celebration, this time of Jubilee, this wedding feast. Thank You Heavenly Father for this garment of praise: Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You will avenge Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You are a friend to those who seek to do Your Word and Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for reliance on You, worship of You and none other. Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Christ Jesus, our Lord. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving us in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for counting my faith in You through the revelation of Christ Jesus as righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for creating in me a clean heart, a tender responsive heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of heart and a new spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for a forgiving heart. I am free and this guy John Lee is free. I forgive him and I set him free. His actions cannot harm me. I acknowledge that he is doing the best he can, and he is in his process of development. He is free and I am free, in Christ Jesus. All is well between us. Peace is the order of the day.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for the faith to know that You will bless me on my path to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the knowledge that You are keeping me on my path to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening my trust in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity and trust. Thank You Heavenly Father of the light of hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for strength of vision. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new prosperity, vitality and wisdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for renewing my mind in faith to Your Word and giving me the strength to abide in You through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for healing all the cracks in my armor. Thank You Heavenly Father for sealing Your spirit within me. Thank You Heavenly Father  for healing the illusion of separation and causing healing and wholeness to be realized. Thank You Heavenly Father for this faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for the faith that creates the universe in which we dwell, the faith that creates all universes, and raises the dead. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for evidence of things not seen and assurance of things hoped for. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for revealing to me the nature of Your loving kindness through the life of Jesus Christ and Your love for us by raising Him up on the cross. Thank You Heavenly Father for the death of my old sinful nature and the raising up His body, Your church, His beloved. Thank You Heavenly Father for rest in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for salvation and grace. Thank You Heavenly Father for You faithfulness to Your covenant of grace. Thank You Heavenly Father for power, love and soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity of mind and honorable intention. Thank You Heavenly Father for peace of mind, and spiritual authority in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for taming my spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for yoking me to Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for humility and grace. Thank You Heavenly Father the love of Your Word and the doing of Your Word. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Word as a mirror and the cleaning of my heart to bring me closer to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the sharpness of Your sword able to divide, soul from spirit, like joint from marrow. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Work You are doing within me and in the world to release me from any sense that I am a victim and bring me into the fully knowledge of myself and my rights as Your Son, made in Your image and likeness. Thank You Heavenly Father for clearing away the dross and dreck of negativity and darkness staining my soul and bringing me back into Your kingdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me in Your kingdom and making me free, in Christ Jesus, my Lord. Thank You Heavenly Father for Christ Jesus the only one Who can keep us from stumbling and present us spotless before You. May You receive all the glory, praise and honor today… in Jesus name. Amen.

Praise be to the Most High God, creator of Heaven and earth, creator this and each arising moment, through, by and for our Lord Jesus, the living Christ, by the Holy Spirit of Whom we are known and know the Most High God as our Heavenly Father!

Hallowed be Thy name… Thy kingdom come Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.

Thank You Heavenly Father for our Lord Jesus Christ, Your only begotten Son, the Alpha and the Omega: The first shall be last. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth of His presence in our lives. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Your love of Him dwelling in us and Your dwelling with Him in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for ordering my mind and directing my thoughts. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry it out. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for this spirit of submission to Your loving will through Jesus Christ and appreciation and gratitude for all Your graciousness and mercy. Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that Jesus is Lord and their is no one above Him. Thank You Heavenly Father for the loving Christ and keeping me abiding in Him.

Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the seeking of truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the deepening of trust in Your Son Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for Your Holy Spirit stripping away all that is not Christ with in me and leaving only that which You love.

Thank You Heavenly Father for greater intimacy and closeness, authenticity and clarity about my purpose and calling in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for writing, words, this storehouse from which to draw and this loving nature in which I live, breath and have my being: Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Christ Jesus, through Whom we are saved. Thank You Heavenly Father for counting my faith in His finished work as righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for wisdom, vitality, prosperity and vital loving connections. Thank You Heavenly Father for a heart to serve Your people and making a way for the greatest impact and reach that this feeble vessel can bear. Thank You Heavenly Father for this platform to speak from and this message to deliver: We are One in Christ Jesus. Yes… All is One! Jesus is Lord!

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing me to teach, by preparing me to stand in peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing the ground and the feet to walk on them. Thank You Heavenly Father for making a way in Christ Jesus, the truth and the light. Thank You Heavenly Father for light and shining hope through my vision. Thank You Heavenly Father for truth and clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for the way that You have made and the ease on which it is traveled. Thank You Heavenly Father for the ease of this yoke to Christ Jesus the lightness of His burden as You keep me yoked. Thank You Heavenly Father for the collective consciousness of the mind of Christ Jesus and the spirit that searches all things.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for the humility to serve. Thank You Heavenly Father for the will to do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry out Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for the faith that You know and I don’t. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your will being done and not mine. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your faith, the faith that creates universes and raises the dead, working through me and within me to do Your will and accomplish Your works. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your faith, the evidence of things not seen and the assurance of things hoped for. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the growing the love for Christ Jesus in You and the growing acknowledgement and expressions of brotherly love for my fellows through the love You’ve shown in sanctifying Your Son and raising Christ Jesus from the dead. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me from the bondage of self. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarifying my standing and position in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for overcoming the world in Christ Jesus and showing Your dominion over all You’ve created, with what we know as miracles and revelations, correcting the error of our judgements. Thank You Heavenly Father for course correction and clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for finally being able to say I know Who I am and Whose I am. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me, destroying our sins in Your sight at Our crucifixion in Christ and showing us Your mercy through our resurrection through Him and His life lived through His body Your Church, created by You for Him, by Him for You. Thank You Heavenly Father clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of my salvation and position in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for telling me what I should write about and whom I should write to. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me for good works in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the foundation He established. Thank You Heavenly Father for making me a vessel of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit that search all things. Thank You Heavenly Father for the courage to ask, seek, and knock. Thank You Heavenly Father for honorable intentions and clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for power, love and soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for the way, the truth and the life of Jesus Christ, our Lord.

Thank You Heavenly Father for being my banner.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the willingness to deny comfort for truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the seeking of truth and the finding of comfort. Thank You Heavenly Father for calling forth a new day.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for implanting the Word deep within me. Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus putting Himself in my place. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your love of Your Son executed on my behalf. Thank You Heavenly Father for raising me up in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the bringing of the Bridegroom. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Church as Your Bride for Your only begotten Son Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for making us whole in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for welcoming us into Your kingdom and adopting us into You. Thank You Heavenly Father for goodness and beauty. Thank You Heavenly Father for communing with us through prayer. Thank You Heavenly Father for showing us how to pray. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spirit within that knows You and through whom You commune with us. Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus, the only Who that can keep us from falling and present us spotless before You, our Lord and redeemer. Amen.

Praise be to the Most High God, owner and creator of all that is, creator of this and each arising moment, moving through and connecting all things through the Holy Spirit of His Most Beloved Son, Jesus the living Christ, our Lord and Savior!

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shining expression of this soul to praise You and give You glory: Shine blessings, wisdom, healing and strength upon this World, Whom You loved so much as to give it Your Life.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that Jesus is first and He shall be last, because He is One in All. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth of Your love in Christ Jesus and the seeing of and the doing of You, as Love, through the evolution of this life of connection and upliftment. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your image and Your likeness in Christ Jesus, our Lord.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the way, the truth and the light of Christ Jesus!

Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Jesus to offer an invitation of adoption into Your Heavenly Kingdom and removing the stain that had blocked me from seeing me here all along.

Thank You Heavenly Father for uprooting my unbelief and pruning the dead leaves that block the sunlight of Your spirit from reaching the sprouting fruit of Your spirit growing within the soil of this being. Thank You Heavenly Father for authority and dominion over this earth.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for the righteousness of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for intuition leading understanding. Thank You Heavenly Father for a glimpse of the inherent goodness of You are expressing itself as me. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieve me from the bondage of any false self and opening me to Your Presence Conscious within us all. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of heart in Christ Jesus and a new spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the righteous of Your Son Christ Jesus and accepting my faith in His finished work as righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for acceptance and appreciation.

Thank You Heavenly Father for trust in the victory of Jesus Christ beyond the circumstances of the moment. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening my trust in Your love.

Thank You Heavenly Father for courage and encouragement. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for cleaning my heart and seeing me and giving me eyes to see guiltlessly.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for peace beyond understanding and defeating my enemies before me.

Thank You Heavenly Father for destroying all attacking thoughts through the Power of Your loving Word.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of Faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for protection against the fiery darts of the enemy and forward propulsion. Thank You Heavenly Father for sustaining the substance of hope and opening me to the love and forgiveness offered through this deepening practice of forgiving. Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts, giving me knowledge of Your will and the power to carry out Your will, and relieving me from the bondage of any self other than than Your precious Son. Thank You Heavenly Father for deep humility. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me from pride and the knowledge that You love all of Your people and that I am created and dwell within that love.

Thank You Heavenly Father for evidence of things not seen and assurance of things hoped for.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for raising up Your son Jesus Christ and covering us in the knowledge of You love winning over all. Thank You Jesus for conquering death and sin through the love of our Heavenly Father. Thank You Heavenly Father for including me in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for clarity of mind and honorable intentions. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me for good works through Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for power, love and soundness of mind. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for a sound heart.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the easy yoking to Christ Jesus and the light of His burden.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for light in communication. Thank You Heavenly Father for the bearing of witness of the victory in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for communication in light. Only You can do this Heavenly Father. I am totally depending that You have done this. Thank You Heavenly Father for You light shining so brightly that others are lit on fire. Thank You Heavenly Father for setting me on fire today and this baptist of the fire of Your Holy Spirit in Christ Jesus. Amen.

Praise be to God, the Most High God, our Heavenly Father, all goodness, all graciousness and all glory and honor belong to You!

Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Thank You Heavenly Father for manifesting Your presence as Christ to deliver Your people from the lies of the evil one and show us a way to overcome the world. 

Thank You Jesus for overcoming the world.

Thank You Heavenly Father for placing us in Jesus and You in us. Thank You Heavenly Father for the deep and penetrating knowledge of oneness and goodness that abides and holds us in perfect harmony and love. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your loving kindnesses and Your mercy that endures forever.

Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Your Son Jesus Christ to shine the light on the Kingdom of Heaven within and invite us to know You within Your Holy Temple. Thank You Heavenly Father for adoption as Your children and Your deep and abiding love and nurturing.

Heavenly Father You are great and bold. I’m a friend of Christ, His servant and the servant of Your people. Thank You Heavenly Father for the faith to know Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will for this life and the power to carry it out. Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thought. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me of the bondage of self and taking away my difficulties. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for cleaning my heart to know You and love You. Thank You Heavenly Father for conscientiousness and hospitality. Thank You Heavenly Father for a deep sense of humility, knowing that You are the creator and owner of all that is; and that it is You, Who are Goodness, that is happening. Thank You Heavenly Father for passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for infectious joy and healing love. Thank You Heavenly Father for authenticity and sincerity in my practice and the expansion of this space of knowing You and Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the mind of Christ and the expansion of the bandwidth capacity to handle more of life, through the moment to moment practice of relying upon You, my savior and my Redeemer, Sustainer, in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the Spiritual Armor of Christ Jesus and the stillness to know You and do Your will.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You are and a rewarder of them that seek You. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Christ Jesus, through Whom we are saved. Thank You Heavenly Father for a clean heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of heart and a new spirit.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for experience strength and hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for reveling in revealing Yourself through the miracles and revelations that have led to this state of reconciliation and atonement. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my strength and the worship of confidence in You. Thank You Heavenly Father for increasing competence in my craft and the chunking of skill sets leaving greater room for the experience of knowing You in the stillness of being. Thank You Heavenly Father for a vision of Hope and a Hopeful vision.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for assurance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening my understanding, removing the scales from my eyes and opening me to the substance of hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for greater wisdom and the desire and ability to taste and know that You are Good. Thank You Heavenly Father for reliance on You and the will to serve my community, Your children. Thank You Heavenly Father for love and the victory of and in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for honorable intentions and clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for discipline. Thank You Heavenly Father for learning and knowledge. Thank You Heavenly Father for trust and openness and willingness to do Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for attuning me to Your Highest calling, calling me forward and growing the ears You’ve given me to hear. Thank You Heavenly Father for power. Thank You Heavenly Father for authority in Christ Jesus the author and finisher of my faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for love and the rule of love in my life. Thank You Heavenly Father for the covenant of grace and this confession of humility and trust in You.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the sharpness of Your sword, separating soul from spirit, like bone from marrow. Thank You Heavenly Father for the richness of the marrow of Your Holy Spirit nurturing the space between stimulus and response allowing for more of Your loving presence and gracious intention to shine through. Praise be to the Most High God, creator of the universe, all that is, was and ever will be, creator of this and each arising moment, by, for and through Jesus Christ our Lord and savior, through Whom we know the love of the Most High God as our Heavenly Father!

Jesus save me.

I’ve got an appointment with John today. It’s the second step. I’m suppose to confess to being an alcoholic, but I more feel like Your slave, Your brother, Your friend, a fellow heir to all things through You, than a lowly alcoholic these days. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Jesus, the living Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for dying for our sins through Christ Jesus, reconciling us to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for this life in Christ Jesus and the love we know as Your children, the body of Christ in the Church. I know that the gates of hell will not prevail today nor ever.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry it out. Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts. Thank You Heavenly Father for waking me in my right mind and putting on me the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for the spiritual armor of Christ Jesus, my Lord.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that nothing is impossible with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for coming as Lord Immanuel, Your name means You are with us. Thank You Heavenly Father for being Jesus Christ, Your name means You save us. Thank You Heavenly Father for being with us and saving us. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth of our salvation and victory in Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father for the righteousness of Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for dwelling in my heart and giving me the courage to declare myself as Your child in the face of the enemy. Though You may slay me I will trust You, Lord. The enemy is already defeated. Thank You Heavenly Father for a new spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for yoking me to Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for humility, knowing that Your will be done, all things according to Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry it out. Thank You Heavenly Father for courage and present help in times of trouble. Thank You Heavenly Father for the apartment next door. Thank You Heavenly Father for the work with alcoholics and the spirit of surrender and desire for communion with You. Thank You Heavenly Father for communion with You in faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for creating in me a clean heart and keeping it clean through the finished work of Your Son Jesus Christ.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the shoes of the gospel of peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for peace. Thank You Heavenly Father for experience, strength and hope. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my strength, knowing You through the depth of my experience of miracles and the hope You’ve given grown in me and through the faith of the saints.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for Love, which accomplishes all things hoped for through faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for grit: passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for fortitude, clarity and dominion. Thank You Heavenly Father for authority through Christ Jesus who strengthens me. Hallelujah! Jesus lives in me, through me; let God do the work. Thank You Heavenly Father for my death on the cross with Christ Jesus and spirit of His life rising through the body of His Church. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving me of the bondage of self. Thank You Heavenly Father for this fight not being against flesh and blood. Thank You Heavenly Father for the victory already being won and my stillness, standing in Your Word.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving me in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for honorable intentions and clarity of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for the indomitable Spirit of Christ Jesus, Who dwells in me. Thank You Heavenly Father for power, love and soundness of mind. Thank You Heavenly Father for self-discipline. Thank You Heavenly Father for disciplining me in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the way of life in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for the discernment of spirits and the wisdom to taste and know the truth that Jesus is Lord.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for the sharpness of Your sword applied to me first, removing the beam from my eye, and opening me to know more of Your grace and mercy working in the World. Thank You Heavenly Father for His Lordship guiding me and protecting me. Thank You Heavenly Father for wielding me with Your Word. Thank You Heavenly Father for dividing soul from spirit, like marrow from bone. May Thy will be done. Thank You Heavenly Father for You Word living and working in me and through me in Jesus, the one Who keeps me from falling and presents me spotless before You, in Jesus, the living Christ’s name, Amen.

Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening my trust in You and the power of my Lord Jesus Christ, Lord of all creation, God over all the earth, space and time, the Kiaros, Godhead of this and each arising moment.

Thank You Heavenly Father for Jesus Christ and winning the battle, the battle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness in High Places. Thank You Heavenly Father for mercy and forgiveness. 

Thank You Heavenly Father for forgiving us for we don’t know what we are doing. Thank You Heavenly Father for favor in our endeavor and showing us how You would have us behave.

I surrender to You, my Heavenly Father, in Jesus Christ. You are my source and provider. May Thy will be done.

Thank You Jesus for teaching me to call the creator of all that is, our Heavenly Father. Thank You Lord Jesus for establishing a relationship based on the truth of God’s goodness, might, mercy, grace, lovingkindness and deep love for His children.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the opening my eyes to seeing each of Your children as You do and showing me in the moment how You would have me serve them. May Thy will be done.

Thank You Jesus for saving me. Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Your only begotten son so that whosoever believes on Him shall have everlasting life. Thank You Heavenly Father for opening my heart to faith and salvation through Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for this attitude of gratitude, this garment of praise. Thank You Heavenly Father for waking me up in my right mind to put on the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for knowledge of Your will and the power to carry out Your will. Thank You Heavenly Father for directing my thoughts.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the armor of Christ Jesus.

Thank You Heavenly Father for girding my loins with truth. Thank You Heavenly Father for the truth that You love us like Your children, created this world for us and love for us to commune with You in it and through it.

Thank You Heavenly Father for truth.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the breastplate of righteousness. Thank You Heavenly Father especially for the righteousness of Your son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Thank You Heavenly Father for humility of heart and meekness of spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for taming my spirit and the knowledge that You are my source and the source of all creation. Of my self I am nothing, but with You, through Your grace, all things are possible. Praise be Your Holy Name! Thank You Jesus for saving me! Thank You Heavenly Father for creating in me a clean heart to know You. Thank You Heavenly Father for unity of heart and a new spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for soundness of heart. Thank You Heavenly Father for fortitude, determination, clarity, focus and direction.

Thank You Heavenly Father for love and lovingkindness.

Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the gospel of peace. Peace is the order of the day. Thank You Heavenly Father for preparing my feet with the good news of our salvation in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for victory in Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for adoption into Your Heavenly Kingdom. Thank You Heavenly Father for dying for our sins through Christ Jesus and reconciling us to You. Thank You Heavenly Father for the miracles and revelations leading to atonement. I would have fainted had I not seen them. Thank You Heavenly Father for reveling in revealing Yourself and correcting the error of us as separate from You and each other. Thank You Heavenly Father for love.

Thank You Heavenly Father for not leaving us or forsaking us.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the shield of faith. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith in the finished work of Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for faith that the gates of hell will not prevail. Thank You Heavenly Father for grit: passion and perseverance. Thank You Heavenly Father for evidence of things unseen and assurance of things hoped for. Thank You Heavenly Father for hope and a hopeful vision. Thank You Heavenly Father for the substance of faith and the courage to walk in Your vision for our lives. Thank You Heavenly Father for faithful discernment and clarity. Thank You Heavenly Father for the wisdom to pause before challenging situations and invite You in to rule. Thank You Heavenly Father for Your loving rule in our lives.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the helmet of salvation. Thank You Heavenly Father for salvation and covering us with the precious blood of Your Son Jesus Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening trust in Your finished work and the grace and favor You’ve placed in those who depend upon You. Thank You Heavenly Father for my dependence upon You. Thank You Heavenly Father for being alway faithful, giving me ground to stand upon and refuge. Thank You Heavenly Father for being my sword and shield, my strong tower, my strength and present help. Thank You Heavenly Father for the cross and the death of my old self and the resurrection of Jesus Christ within the body of His Church.

Thank You Heavenly Father for the sword of Your Holy Spirit. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping me in the body of Christ Jesus. Thank You Heavenly Father for making us better, even after making us very good in the first place. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping us from pride of the spirit, lust of the eyes and lust of the flesh. Thank You Heavenly Father for keeping us from temptation and keeping our minds stayed on You. Thank You Heavenly Father for deepening trust in You and keeping us on task and giving us the courage and trust to take our new home. Thank You Heavenly Father for our new home. Thank You Heavenly Father for relieving us from the bondage of self. Thank You Heavenly Father for saving us from the fear of financial insecurity. Thank You Heavenly Father for this blessed life and guiding and directing us as to how You would have us live it and keep it… in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Thank You Heavenly Father for waking me up in my right mind to put on the mind of Christ. Thank You Heavenly Father for sending Your Son Jesus Christ to offer Himself for our sins that we might be reconciled to You as our Heavenly Father.

Friday, Susanne, whom I’ve know for years came to me after a meeting and said that she felt afraid of me. She said that some time ago we had hugged and my hand had slipped down and touched her inappropriately. I was shocked… I had… nor have I to this date any recollection of this. I really felt that if that would have happened, I would have been exceedingly embarrassed and apologized profusely. All I can say is that I don’t know anything about it.

Here’s the problem. After we talked, I felt so close to her. I noticed that my hand reach out to touch her. I didn’t give the command for my hand to reach out. It just did. It was like I was going to hug to say goodbye. She had already turned around, so my hand just touched her bag. I hope I’m forgiven, because I didn’t know what I was doing. I walked on to my car thinking that she might be right.

I know that I didn’t intend any harm.

It was weird. Then I had a bunch of psychic residue. I went to a meeting where another woman shared directly after my share about not feeling safe. I had all of this fear, thinking that all of the women are talking about me. I really didn’t know. I remember Paul went through this some years ago. I was even on the side of the woman who was accusing him. It was classic damsel in distress stuff.

My side is that I can say is that I don’t have clear boundaries when it comes to touching and hugging. I hug men and women as much as we  both seem open to in the moment. I feel touching is an important way we attune to one another and are relieved of the bondage of self. I usually try to reciprocate a hug, if I’m hugged fully I try to hug back as fully as I can. If I feel restraint from the other person, I give more space. Sometime I feel restrained and I hold back, because of something going on with me, some thought in my head that is not allowing me to be fully present to the person in front of me. But that is usually my failing not the person in front of me. I guess that’s what I’m trying to do in life is to be fully present, responsive and kind to the people with whom I interact. 

But I guess that could be misinterpreted.

It’s coming to my mind now that the bible says that it is not good to touch a women. I always wondered what they meant about that. One preacher says it’s not good to touch their heart.

I’m not sure I want to change my way of being in the world, but I’m willing to. 

In journalism we have this standard to guide our ethics which says to avoid the appearance of impropriety. I usually try to avoid managing how other people see me too much. As an African-American it always seemed futile, stifling and crazy-making. 

I feel there is a great opportunity for healing here. 

But I also feel that I’m writing to people and not to my Heavenly Father, which makes me feel sad. 

Is it because I believe the reports against me?

Women have felt uncomfortable around me before. I had a female sponsee once who switched from cheek kisses to hugs, because she felt uncomfortable. I assumed that had more to do with their managing their own comfort level than with my intentions. I’m pretty upfront about my intentions.

It’s funny. Because with women with whom I feel really attracted to I’m often stand offish and cold, because internally my intentions aren’t clear. But if I’m clear within then, I give myself fully without.

I went on a date for my birthday with a woman in the program I was attracted to once. Nothing happened. There was a little attraction there. I had tickets to the Berlinale, my wife was busy. I told the woman that I had a little attraction and I was scared about going on the date because I was married and planned to stay that way. She did not appreciate it. She was attracted also. But my stating it made things weird somehow. I told her it was just a thing that I want to be honest about. I wasn’t going to act on it. I love my wife and am committed to our relationship. I actually do have boundaries.

I wonder if single people can understand married people modes of thinking and behavior. 

Marriage created a real clear boundary for me. I’m not pursuing other relationships. I’m not looking for a mate. I’m going to make this relationship work. It’s funny because there are times when I’m not so in love with my wife. My ability to love, my ability to be present and choose to spirit uplift another, has to do with my own salvation and level of healing and fluctuates even as it has steadily grown. But my commitment to the relationship has been consistently growing also… consistently growing. I’m more consistently happier in my relationship with my wife than I have been in years. We are getting to know each other better, trust each other more. 

I don’t know if I did something to hurt another person, but I do know that I will be shaking hands from now on.
